Annex to the general terms — 21 August 2026 (version 2026-08-21-r8)

1. You do not have to use this form

The right of withdrawal is exercised by any unambiguous statement expressing your decision to withdraw — a simple email is enough. This form is provided because the law requires it, to make things easier for you: it is never a condition for your withdrawal to be valid.

Send it (or your own statement) to contact@worldswitchapp.com, or by post to the address below. Please include your conversion reference (or, failing that, the date and the amount) so we can find it.

2. Within what deadline, and until when

You have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving a reason and at no cost. That right ends once the service has been fully performed, meaning once your converted file is made available for download, provided you expressly requested that immediate performance and acknowledged that consequence before paying (art. VI.53, 1° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). Until your file is available, you may withdraw and be refunded in full, with no deduction, within 14 days of us receiving your request, using the same payment method.

After full performance, withdrawal is no longer possible — but the legal guarantee of conformity and the automatic refund in case of a technical failure on our side remain fully available.
